Commissioning Infection Control 1-2-3™ is a time-tested quality control process created to ensure a comprehensive analysis of your facility, create a solution plan to optimize facility operation and monitor outcome.  Initially focusing on hospitals, but now expanding to include other types of public buildings, Step one utilizes patient data to analyze the origins, building reservoirs and transmission vectors of Healthcare-Associated Infections, incorporating additional information from hospital staff and facility design in order to create a plan-of-action to reduce HAIs.  Step two implements this plan, with THCx working with the client to provide a fast and cost-effective solution to the adverse events.  Step three is a continuation of step two, as THCx monitors and assists in the maintenance of optimal hospital performance.
