Cx Infection Control 1-2-3

THCx serves healthcare facilities as well as other building owners with our quality control process Commissioning Infection Control  1-2-3™ to attain "Healthy Architecture" and "Healthy Environments".

Healthcare Facility Assessment

THCx offers 3rd Party Infection Control Assessment for confidential analysis of the incidence and prevalence of HAIs in your hospital. Our approach is multidisciplinary, drawing on diverse experiences that cross disciplines. Our expertise draws on physician work in clinical medicine, hospital architectural design, and mechanical system calibration. Our analysis identifies pathogen reservoirs and reveals human and environmental vectors using our Commissioning Infection Control 1-2-3™ process to optimize your hospital's performance metrics and financial return. We then work with your staff to implement stratagies to reduce HAI’s and other Adverse Patient Events. Using team-building and quality control LEAN strategies; together we can increase your hospital’s efficiency and safety.

THCx provides these confidential and collaborative services for accreditation preparation, in-house goal setting or infectious disease containment. Our goal is to acquire a thorough understanding of your hospital's physical environment and staff communication protocols in order to assist you in meeting your goals.

Commissioning Infection Control 1-2-3™

Commissioning Infection Control 1-2-3™ is a time-tested quality control process created to ensure a comprehensive analysis of your facility, create a solution plan to optimize facility operation and monitor outcome.  Initially focusing on hospitals, but now expanding to include other types of public buildings, Step one utilizes patient data to analyze the origins, building reservoirs and transmission vectors of Healthcare-Associated Infections, incorporating additional information from hospital staff and facility design in order to create a plan-of-action to reduce HAIs.  Step two implements this plan, with THCx working with the client to provide a fast and cost-effective solution to the adverse events.  Step three is a continuation of step two, as THCx monitors and assists in the maintenance of optimal hospital performance.
